Our Maintenance Cleaning service is designed for homes that are cleaned regularly. We focus on maintaining cleanliness, reducing dust and buildup, and keeping your home looking its best between visits. Includes: ✔ Dusting accessible surfaces ✔ Vacuuming carpets and rugs ✔ Sweeping and mopping hard floors ✔ Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen countertops and sinks ✔ Exterior appliance wipe-down ✔ Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, tubs, showers, and bathroom sinks ✔ Cleaning mirrors and fixtures ✔ Emptying trash cans ✔ General tidying of cleaned areas ✔ Making beds (upon request) Does Not Include: ✘ Inside ovens ✘ Inside refrigerators ✘ Interior windows ✘ Heavy scrubbing of buildup ✘ Excessive clutter removal ✘ Laundry or dishes (unless added as an extra service)
Cancellation Policy
Recurring service discounts are based on the selected cleaning frequency. If service frequency changes or recurring service is canceled, future cleanings will be billed at the applicable rate for the new service frequency. For example: At booking, Booker chooses: 1Bed 1Bath Weekly Visit = $120 Bi-Weekly Visit = $135 Monthly Visit = $150 If Booker skips or changes frequency, future visits are automatically charged at the new rate.
